By shopping with RIPPED, you agree to the following:

1. Pre-Orders Only

All sales on RIPPED are pre-orders. This means your product is made-to-order and ships within 4–6 weeks.

2. All Sales Final

Because each product is created based on pre-orders, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted at this time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Pre-orders are fulfilled and shipped within 4–6 weeks.

• Orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA or New York, NY.

• Delivery times depend on carrier performance; RIPPED is not liable for shipping delays outside our control.

4. Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. By placing a pre-order, you authorize payment in full at the time of purchase.

5. Product Representation

Colors and designs may vary slightly from online images due to screen differences and production variations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, designs, text) is the property of RIPPED and cannot be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RIPPED is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our products, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia and New York, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Atlanta, GA or New York, NY.

9. Updates

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
