🛒 Is everything a pre-order?
Yes. At RIPPED, all orders are pre-orders. We produce based on demand, which keeps waste low and quality high.
⏱️ How long will it take to get my gear?
Pre-orders ship within 4–6 weeks. We’d rather take the time to deliver elite quality than rush.
🔄 Can I return or cancel my order?
No. Because everything is made-to-order, all sales are final — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
🚚 Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our hubs in Atlanta, GA and New York, NY, depending on stock flow.
🌎 Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is on the horizon.
🎨 Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We work hard to make sure product images are accurate, but slight variations can happen due to screen settings and production runs.
📬 What if my package is delayed?
Once your pre-order leaves our hands, shipping is in the carrier’s control. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, but if your order seems lost, email us at info@rippedny.com
